younis is a good asset to the team and i’m hoping they consider imran nazir aswell … he is a very underrated cricketer when it comes to playing as a lethal opener

A good change to the team.younis is a great player,i think he should be a captain of pak test side.

  5. It is a good dicission but first of all pcb must b changed along with ajaz butt and those players should b selected who r deserves and those should b droped who didn,t perform. What is the fun of keeping imran farhat in the team although he is the relative of one of the selecters but how u can satisfy the people by ignoring asim kamal, nasir jamsheed etc

  6. Owais says:

Great that he is back. He should not have been left in the first place, instead, Shoaib Malik, Kamran Akmal and others should have been shown the door many years ago.

  7. hilal says:

both younis and yousuf are experienced so pakistan needs them. Now we see both are back.so it is great. And my request is to make saeed anwar as pakistans head coach remove both waqar and aqaib.appoint wasim as manager. And mani as chairman of pbc.

  8. Karan Dua says:

Amazing that Pakistan left players of the caliber of Younis Khan and Mohammad Yousuf out for so long? Did PCB expected Pakistan to survive? Equally surprising is that Kamran Akmal continues to remain in test team.

  9. It is an awe-inspiring resolution made after consideration. No doubt Younis Khan is a great batsman. He performed well under pressure.Whenever he made a century Pakistan win. Please do not forget the whole team. They all have to work together as a great team. Show the world we can win.

  10. Nasir says:

Younis Khan is indeed a born Captain, whether he scores or not but he’ll make you win, But as a tragedy of Pakistan, He wasn’t let 2 do which he could, We hope him best of luck.

  11. Anup says:

At last some intelligence by PCB and Butt. Pakistan needs Yusuf and Younis in every test/one day match for next 2 years till next generation is developed.

  12. It is an awe-inspiring resolution made after consideration. No doubt Younis Khan is a great batsman. He performed well under pressure.Whenever he made a century Pakistan win.It will be a challenge for him to prove himself and perform for Pakistan.

  13. Farhan says:

Finally a sensible, long awaited decision by PCB. Now make him the test captian and get another feather in your cap. That will do a world of good to the Pakistani Team.

  14. This is indeed an excellent decision by the PCB. There is no doubt that Younis Khan is a great player of all formats.

We as Pakistani wish him all the best against South Africa and hope that he will pass on his experience to the youngest generation.

  15. This is an excellent decision by the Pakistan cricket board.Younis Khan is a great player specially in test cricket as he can stay at wicket for longer period.
Now he is the part of national team so he should forget the bad memories and should concentarte on his batting.
